1.Meetings

We provide configuration proposals that use stamped parts and accessories to maximize formability and quality.

2.Production preparation

We make arrangements with our customers and suppliers in order to secure the required molds, equipment, and fixtures.
By running various tests prior to production, we iron out all major problems by the start of trial production.

3.Stamping process

We offer a wide array of production capabilities using our 80t-600t progressive die stamping technology, robot stamping technology, and single die stamping technology. Progressive die stamping gives us the unique ability to handle high tensile strength steel sheets and deep drawn parts.

4.Welding process

We provide our customers with complete assembly products by performing arc welding and spot welding on stamped parts that are produced in-house.

5.Assembly process

By offering bolt tightening, rotary caulking, and more, we respond to needs for mechanical parts and assembly items. We can also handle coating (cationic/plating).

6.Quality checks

For the final process on the line, we have implemented quality checks and mix prevention measures.

In addition to external and dimensional inspections, we also conduct weld cross-section checks to verify welding quality.

7.Shipment

Our shipments are always right on time.
For large quantities, we also provide shipments in installments.
